Hours: 34 hours permanent, 4 days per week and 17 hours permanent, 2 days per week.
Foyle Hospice has immediate vacancies for Community Palliative Care Nurses to deliver expert end of life care to those with complex palliative/end of life needs in their own homes and care homes.
The successful candidates will be registered Nurses on Part 1 (Adult) of the live NMC Register. Three year’s post-registration experience caring for patients with cancer/palliative care needs in a health care setting is essential, as is an accredited module/course in palliative care e.g. European Certificate/CEC module. Community experience is desirable
A waiting list will also be created for any permanent, temporary, full time and part time vacancies which may arise over the next year
