Our Senior Management Team runs Foyle Hospice day to day. The team is led by our Chief Executive, Donall Henderson, and is accountable to our volunteer Board of Trustees. Together with our staff and volunteers, they make sure the hospice provides compassionate palliative care, support and education to people across the Western Trust area.
Chief Executive
Donall Henderson is Chief Executive of Foyle Hospice, providing leadership and strategic direction for the organisation. He works with the Board and senior management team to support the delivery and long-term sustainability of hospice services.
Medical Director
Dr Paul McIvor is Medical Director at Foyle Hospice and a consultant in palliative medicine. His work focuses on specialist medical care for people living with life-limiting illnesses, including managing complex symptoms and supporting decisions about their care.
Director of Nursing and Clinical Care
Annmarie Casey is Director of Nursing and Clinical Care at Foyle Hospice, providing leadership for its nursing and clinical services. Her role supports the delivery of safe, compassionate care centred on the needs of patients and their families.
Director of Income Generation and Communications
Sheila Duffy is Director of Income Generation and Communications at Foyle Hospice, leading its fundraising and communications work. Her role helps build community support, raise awareness of hospice services and generate income to sustain care for local patients and families.
HR and Administration Services Manager
Terri Sythes is HR and Administration Services Manager at Foyle Hospice, overseeing human resources and administrative support. Her role supports staff and the day-to-day running of the organisation, helping provide the foundations for its care and services.
