We are called Foyle Hospice. We care far beyond the Foyle.
Our Community Specialist Palliative Care Nursing team supports people in their own homes and communities across the whole Western Health and Social Care Trust area. That covers Derry~Londonderry, Limavady, Strabane, Omagh and Fermanagh. Our nurses work alongside Western Trust colleagues in Omagh and Enniskillen, so care reaches you where you live.
Our other services, the Inpatient Unit, Day Therapy and bereavement support, are based at the hospice on Culmore Road in Derry~Londonderry, and they are open to everyone across that area.

- Care where you live Community specialist palliative care nursing, in your own home, anywhere in the Western Trust area. Our nurses are based with Trust colleagues at Omagh Hospital and Primary Care Complex and at the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen.
- Care at the hospice, 61 Culmore Road Inpatient Unit, Day Therapy and bereavement support, on the banks of the Foyle in Derry~Londonderry. Open to everyone we serve.

In our first 40 years we have cared for 23,000 patients and their families. It costs around £5.3 million a year to run Foyle Hospice. Roughly 35% comes from statutory funding. The other 65% comes from this community.
