The difference you'll help make

Foyle Hospice is a caring organisation offering palliative and end-of-life care to people across the Western Health and Social Care Trust area and beyond.

Our services include our Inpatient Unit, Day Therapy and Community Palliative Care at Home, along with adult and children's bereavement support. We're here for people at the most difficult of times, when they need us most — and our trustees help make sure we can keep being there.

About the role

We're strengthening our Board by appointing new trustees who can give around four hours a month. You'll help shape and guide the future direction of the hospice — thinking strategically, working collaboratively with fellow trustees, and helping us keep delivering outstanding care.

It's a voluntary, unpaid position for an initial term of three years, renewable for up to a maximum of two further three-year terms.
