Our Hospice is situated on a site on the banks of the River Foyle which is therapeutically, geographically and culturally perfect.
Care and Support
Foyle Hospice has become synonymous with palliative care services and support across the Western Health and Social Trust area in Northern Ireland.

We are extremely privileged to have cared for over 22,000 patients and their families to date.
Community Care
Our specialist community palliative care team engage with many patients at home who are living with a life-limiting illness.
Inpatient Unit
Patients can avail of treatment, 24 hours a day in a ‘home from home’ environment.
Day Therapy
Our Day Therapy provides a relaxed atmosphere with a range of activities including complementary therapies, medical support and holistic care.
Bereavement Support
Foyle Hospice provides bereavement support to those who may be finding it difficult during their bereavement journey, including children.
