Volunteering
We enjoy tremendous support from our volunteer community, their skills and individual qualities compliment our staff making a vital contribution to the high quality service that we provide.
Volunteering can be a very rewarding expereince. Some of our volunteers have been with us for 20 years and we are always attracting new volunteers of all ages from all walks of life. To learn more about how you can help please see our Volunteer Leaflet.
Hear what some of our volunteers have to say about their volunteering experience:
“Having been sick myself I wanted to give something back” (Margaret)
“There is a real sense of belonging to a team in working with other volunteers and staff,
who are brilliant!” (Monica)
”Volunteering has given me the opportunity to get back into the community after being
away for 36 years.” (Josie)
