Donations help us to provide our specialist palliative care services for patients with life-limiting illnesses, while supporting their families and loved ones.
When a loved one dies, relatives receive funeral flowers from people who want to show their sympathies, but you may prefer to receive something else instead.
The most common thing people ask for In Lieu of Flowers is a donation to charity in honour and in memory of their loved one who has died.
Asking for donations to Foyle Hospice in lieu of flowers is easier than you think.
There are several ways that donations can be made to Foyle Hospice:

- People can donate directly by stopping into our fundraising unit at Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, BT488JE
- Online via the Foyle Hospice website

- Through your funeral director
- People can leave donations with the funeral director
- Funeral Donation Box – Your funeral director can arrange for a donation box to be available after the funeral service where people can leave their donations. The funeral director will pass the donations to us.
It takes a lot to keep Foyle Hospice running and every penny raised goes a long way in allowing us to provide specialist palliative care services to patients and their families.
