Marking ten years since her daddy Joe passed away, Pilates by LG is running free, beginner-friendly Pilates classes in his memory to raise funds for Foyle Hospice, “the earth angels who care for our loved ones”. All that’s asked is a small donation when you attend. All welcome – bring a mat, and DM @pilatesbylg on Instagram to book.
