There are some Christmas traditions you never forget.

Join us on Christmas morning at Ludden Beach for the annual Foyle Hospice Christmas Day Swim and start your day with a splash, a smile and a brilliant community atmosphere — all while supporting local patients and families.

Whether this is your first Christmas Day dip or you come back to join us year after year, everyone is welcome to be part of it.

Bring your family, bring your friends, pull on the festive hat and join Team Foyle Hospice on the sand before taking the plunge.

Why take part?

For some, it is a Christmas challenge. For others, it has become a family tradition. Some take part in memory of someone special, while others simply want to do something positive for their community on Christmas morning.

Whatever your reason, taking part gives you the opportunity to:
