Adult Bereavement Support Group - 'Forget Me Not'

The Adult Bereavement Group provides much needed support and comfort to enable families and carers cope with the death of their loved one and assist them through the grieving process

Most of us need someone to talk to when a loved one dies. Much of this support may come from friends and family. But sometimes it can be of great benefit to talk to someone who is independent and who is not also grieving.

Bereavement support offers each person the opportunity to express pain, sadness, sorrow or fears with an empathic listener outside the immediate family, in a safe environment with confidentiality assured within the group.
