donating to Foyle Hospice
We depend on the public for almost 80% of our funding. This page gives you information on how you can give money to support the care we offer.
Donate online
If you are a UK taxpayer, you can add 25% to your donation at no extra cost through the Gift Aid Scheme, helping your donation go further to help support people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Even if you are not employed, you are still eligible if you are paying tax on any of the following:
- Personal or occupational pension.
- Gains on the sale of stocks and shares.
- Bank and building society savings accounts.
- Rental income.
- Overseas and UK investment dividends.
Please click here for the Gift Aid Declaration.
donate with a regular Gift
Making a regular gift can make all the difference to the care we provide for our patients and their families.
Regular gifts, via standing order, provide the Hospice with a steady, guaranteed income that we can depend on every month. This in turn helps Foyle Hospice make definite plans for the future.
If you would like to set-up a regular gift please download one of our standing order forms and return it to us as soon as possible. Please click here for our Standing Order Form.
Please return it to: Fundraising Centre, Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, BT48 6XE.
If you would prefer to receive this form in the post please contact us.
Donate in memory
Donating to the Foyle Hospice in memory of a loved on can play a beneficial part in many people’s bereavement process. It enables relatives, friends and colleagues to contribute to the hospice, a cause they may passionately believe in, bringing a positive experience at a difficult time.
All donations in memory are voluntary and in no way a payment for services received past, present or in the future, however, they play a significant part in the funding of Foyle Hospice. The hospice is very grateful to those families who choose Foyle Hospice as a beneficiary.
Donations can be made directly to the hospice or by giving on-line by clicking here. On-line giving is particularly useful for relatives and friends living at a distance or abroad and for work colleagues wishing to co-ordinate a collection.
Gifts in Celebration
Many people choose to give a donation to the hospice, in lieu of gifts, when celebrating a special occasion. Whether it’s a special birthday, anniversary, wedding or christening we can provide your guests with a special card inviting them to give a gift to the hospice. Alternatively you can fundraise online using www.justgiving.com to create your personalised fundraising page. Let’s celebrate and donate!
